Jeff has over 15 years of experience in project management within both the pharmaceutical R&D and fast-moving consumer goods space, successfully delivering on various global projects, including very complex whitespace initiatives partnering with startups and other 3rd party vendors.
His experience spans across therapeutic areas such as cardiovascular, neuroscience, oncology, and infectious diseases, as well as bringing medical devices, digital-based/eCommerce products, OTC allergy formulations, sunscreens, and pain relief products to the retail marketplace; mainly as a Project Lead within Merck Research Labs/Merck Consumer Care and Bayer Consumer Healthcare. In addition to bringing consumer products to market and compounds through the drug development process, Jeff has also co-led a divisional initiative aimed at up-leveling project management as a strategic partner to Commercial and R&D leadership.
Jeff demonstrates very strong influential leadership capabilities, strategic planning skills, conflict resolution abilities, creative problem solving, negotiation skills, and team building. In addition, he has dual citizenship (U.S.A./Colombia)
Jeff holds a BS in Animal Science from Cook College of Rutgers University and an MBA from Rutgers Business School. Jeff currently resides in Wall Township, New Jersey with his wife and two pre-teen children (Santiago and Sofia). Outside interests include swimming, weight training, beach volleyball, and getting together with extended family and friends.
