Maintenance & Downtime

The NimblyWise SLA is 99.9% uptime with the exception of any maintenance. Any maintenance involving downtime will be scheduled and customers will be notified in advance.

  • Blackboard: Blackboard Learn v. 9.1, Service Pack 9 or later
  • D2L: Brightspace Platform 10.3 or later
  • Canvas: Any version
  • Moodle: Version 2.6.5 or later
  • LTI: Version LTI 1.1
