NimblyWise uses cookies to manage and improve the functionality of your experience with NimblyWise and to allow us to provide better service to you and other users. However, we do not provide any such data to third party advertising agencies. You can set your browser not to receive cookies. However, in doing so, you might not be able to access all aspects of the service provided by NimblyWise.

We may allow third parties to use cookies through the NimblyWise Services to collect the same type of information for the same purposes as NimblyWise does for itself. 6. Access, Erasure and Correction
Upon your request to NimblyWise, we will inform you whether we have any of your personal information. If you would like to review, delete or update your information, you may contact us by emailing us at privacy@nimblywise.com. Upon review of that information, you are permitted to correct, amend or delete such information. We will endeavor to fulfill your request within a reasonable timeframe, although some personal information may persist in backup copies for a certain period of time and may be retained as necessary for legitimate business purposes or to comply with legal obligations. In order to correct, amend or delete any of your personal information, you will need to first provide sufficient identifying information to NimblyWise.

We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use NimblyWise after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy.
